I created this site to:

  1. Display most of my current and past collection items.  Collection started by accident a few years ago, but has become a hobby since.  I found that I enjoy researching unique items before acquiring them.  With time I have become quite an expert on many types of items.  I get things mainly because of artistic reasons - they can be antique, vintage or not very old.  As long as it has artistic element to it I get them.  I have listed them in various categories as listed.  Please have a look.  You might find something unique and interesting.
  2. Provide opportunity to others who might be interested in acquiring some of the items in my current collection.  Because I always have space constraints I continuously get rid of some items and acquire something else.  So, if you like something that I currently own please feel free to contact me.  I may decide to sell.  You can also use this site to come up with one-of-a-kind gift ideas. You can find things here which can be extremely hard to find in a typical store.  I have some items that are so rare that when I search for them online just one a few can be found in the whole world wide web.
  3. Allow  interested people to send requests to find items of interest to them.  If proper descriptions or images are provided I may be able to find some unique items for collectors at a good price.  For the typical items that I have found in the past please check the list of items I have displayed in the various categories.  I find too many interesting items because I am constantly searching for them, but I cannot bring all of them home because I have a space limitation.  If someone asks me beforehand I can actually acquire them for the collector.
  4. Provide FREE advice to people who may be looking  for help in determining the value of items they own or thinking of acquiring.  While I am not a professional appraiser, because of my experience I am pretty good at finding relevant information online through detailed search.  In fact, I have found that many auction database listings have wrong information because the appraiser did not do a good job.  I can provide online web links wherever possible which can give a pretty good idea of the value of an item.   The interesting thing about me is that I can do research and provide opinion even on items that I have not personally seen before. Most professional appraisers are experts only in a particular category of items.  I have no such limitations because researching and collecting is a hobby of mine.  Note: The advise is not a substitute  for professional opinions.  For official valuations professional appraisers should be contacted.
