PAST COLLECTION ITEM Vietnamese intarsia wood art depicting mother and child on a hammockThis is a beautiful artwork made using intarsia technique with carved pieces of wood. It depicts a mother sleeping on a hammock with her baby on a summer night. A dog can be seen on the floor. In the background one can see bamboo grooves, a mountain and the moon. It is signed. It is 27" wide, 19" high, 1.5"deep and weigh about 8 lb.
