Large Capodimonte porcelain figural centerpiece bowl with handles

This is a large Capodimonte (also Capo di Monte) ceramic centerpiece bowl having polychrome and gilt enamel accents throughout. The bowl has scalloped rims and two handles, rising on a figural base. The base has two putti figures holding up the bowl. The sides of the bowl have beautiful decorations in relief of people, children, fruit, etc. The centerpiece is 17" wide (handle to handle), 16" high and 13" deep.
