This is an Italian marble/alabaster/resin composition reproduction sculpture by Gino Ruggeri (Italian, 1957-) of Venus de Milo, the ancient Greek sculpture. It is signed "G. Ruggeri". The statue is 9-1/2" tall, 2-1/2 wide and 2-1/4" deep.
