Oil on canvas painting of sailing boats by the pier

This is an oil on canvas painting depicting sailing boats seen through the haze by the pier.  A bird, likely a seagull can be seen sitting on top of one of the wooden pillars.  The painting is signed Jennifer on the lower left.  It has been framed in a beautiful frame with an oval opening.  The size of the frame is 18-1/2"x30-1/2".
