Italian tole 9-light electric floor candelabra with hanging crystals

This is a vintage Italian tole electric candelabra with ornate decorations of golden leaves and flowers.  It has 9 arms and holds 9 candle bulbs.  There are cut crystals hanging from the leaves.   The candelabra is 68" tall, 22" wide and stands on a tripod.
