Antique Kora (stringed musical instrument) with artwork from West Africa

This is an antique/vintage Kora, a stringed musical instrument with unique artwork on it.   There are 2 people sitting under coconut trees smoking.   It also has shells decorating it.  Kora is a mandinka harp built from a large calabash cut in half and covered with cow skin to make a resonator with a long hardwood neck.  This instrument is popular in west Africa.  This particular piece was acquired by the last owner in an antique store in Spain in 1958.  It might have originated in Ghana.  It is 30" long, 11" wide and 7" deep.  It can be played or used just as a decoration because of its unusual nature.
