Monumental 37" tall crystal vase with various artistic cut patterns

This is a huge lead crystal vase with beautiful cut patterns all over it. It is 37" tall and weighs 32 lb. The maximum width near the bulge is 11", the top opening diameter is 10" and the base diameter is 11". There is a signature near the top, but I am not able to identify it. You rarely find this big a crystal vase.  I think it is of Czech origin.
