French telephone on green marble top brass table with engraved artwork

This is a vintage French style rotary telephone on brass and marble table.  The brass parts have engravings of people, animals, carts and trees.  There is also a pen holder on the green marble table top.  The dial has the name HWA Hong on it.  The table diameter is 15". The table height is 24" and the telephone top is about 31" from the bottom.  It weights about 22 lb.
