Large mid-century oil rain lamp with ornate pedestal

This is a very rare mid-century mineral oil rain lamp. It is 5'6" tall, about 15" in diameter and quite heavy. It has been painted in golden color. The ornate lamp system has two main pieces. The upper piece is the main lamp system with the upper and lower bowls. It takes 3 small bulbs. The upper piece sits on a pedestal. They can be moved separately. There is mineral oil in the lower bowl. A pump takes the oil to the upper bowl, and the oil then falls along the numerous threads that are connected between the top and the bottom bowls. When the oil continues falling one can see droplets creating an illusion of rain. It is difficult to find this item even online. I saw one in ebay.com only one time in the past.=
