Murano glass petal and brass leaf design chandelier

This is a rare vintage 9 light glass and brass chandelier from Spain or Italy.  It is in the form of flower petals and leaves.  The 9 petals which act as shades below each bulb are made of thick Murano glass and are arranged in two tiers of 6 and 3 light groups.  The rest of the parts are made from solid brass.  I have never seen a chandelier of this design and could not find any online.   It is 28" in diameter and weighs about 20 lb.
