Vintage chandelier with 3 Victorian style parlor lamps and painted glass shades

This is a unique vintage chandelier with 3 Victorian style parlor lamps supported on 3 brass arms.  Each of the lamps have a hand painted glass shade and a frosted chimney.  There are small glass globes below the lamps.  The thick glass shades are about 8" in diameter.  The shades and the globes have hand painted flowers and leaves.  The chandelier is overall about 22" in diameter.  This item is from mid-century or earlier.
