Large bronze statue of a Buddhist monk with gold leaf robe

This is a large bronze sculpture of, I believe, a Buddhist monk from Thailand. It has gold leaf on the robe areas and the hair. The exposed skin shows nice bronze patina. The statue has a wooden base. It is 54" tall and weighs about 110 lb.
