Vintage Birmingham Silver Company silver plate coffee and tea service

This is a vintage Birmingham Silver Company (BSC) silver on copper (5) piece coffee and tea service. This company made high quality heavy silver plate on copper items. The set is very ornate and is in the Rococo style. It includes a tray, tea pot, coffee pot, sugar bowl with lid and creamer. The total weight of all the items is about 15 lb. The bottom of all the pieces are stamped "silver on copper" followed by a crown symbol, "BSC" and "reg." The dimensions of the pieces are listed below.

- Tray measures 25"x14"
- Coffee pot is 11-1/2" high
- Tea pot is 10-1/2" high
- Sugar bowl with lid is 7" high
- Creamer is 6-1/2" high
