Lamp in the form of a plant with sea urchin shell shades and copper stems on driftwood base

This is a rare custom made lamp from mid-century.  This hand made art piece is supposed to be a large flowering sea plant made out of driftwood as base, copper stems and leaves and the flowers (lights) made out of sea urchin shells (with the spikes removed).  The shells cover the 13 bulbs on the stems acting as shades and emitting beautiful colors.  It is rather large (41"H x 29"W x 20"D) and a  heavy at ~60 lb.
