PAST COLLECTION ITEM Folding spider leg brass tray coffee table with embossed animalsThis is a hand made brass tray coffee/tea table with various animal (elephant, camel, ram, rhinoceros, swan, etc.) figures embossed on it. The tray has pie-crust edges. This vintage item is from India or the Middle East (Perisan, Moroccan, etc.) and was brought to USA in the 1950's by a pilot. The tray length is 46", the width is 29" and is about 15 lb in weight. The wooden spider leg base can be folded. The tray can also be used as a wall hanging (it has a hook in the back).
