Hisashi Otsuka (Japanese/America, 1948 -) is a listed artist of quasi Art Nouveau/Japanese imagery. Otsuka's work is a powerful balance of ancient Eastern techniques and modern Western ideas. The size of the frame is 24.5" by 36.5".
