Vintage hand blown bubble glass and brass lidded cookie or apothecary jar

This container is made out of a solid brass cage and casing into which thick, clear glass is blown from the inside. The glass bubbles out of the openings create an egg-shaped effect. The lid also has the same type of glass. With the lid this heavy item is 13" tall, 8" in diameter and weigh about 10 lb.
