PAST COLLECTION ITEM Large framed copper embossed art depicting fruits and vegetablesThis is a beautiful marquetry artwork showing lord Krishna dancing with gopis. This art form is practiced in Mysore, India. Pieces of various types of wood are put together to form an intricate image. In the past bones were also used. Currently, the white material seems to be some kind of plastic. The piece is 39" wide, 22" high and 3" deep.
