Mexican crushed malachite wall plaque

This is a Mexican artwork made on crushed malachite plaque (8"x7"). It is quite heavy. I believe the crushed malachite is cast with the raised features. Some of the features are then colored. The scene shown in this plaque seems to be related to Mayan or Aztec history.
